PCTP emerges as an urban planning project that provides for the possibility that technology-driven companies set up in the site in order to work at various R&D areas. A major element of this project is the “Ceibo” building that covers an area of 800 square meters laid out over two floors, with an outstanding oval space that serves the purpose of a hall for training activities. The building also has flexible modules of 50 square meters for R&D related companies and institutions to set up.

“Ceibo” building constitutes a center with significant added-value to production for companies that need a space where to carry out operations.
