Nanotechnology

The Nanotechnology area, in association with Grinlab company and with the funding from the National Agency for Investigation and Innovation, carried out a project called “Desarrollo de preparados cosméticos de marcela basados en nanotecnología (Development of nanotechnology-based cosmetic preparations with marcela)”.

As a result of the work, the first Uruguayan product to incorporate nanotechnology was launched in the market in 2011.
